Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) Service Manager

We now have a vacancy for the role of ISVA Service Manager. The ISVA service supports child and adult victims of sexual abuse or sexual violence through the criminal justice system from initial reporting to the police through to trial. The ISVA Manager will manage a team of 2 adult ISVAs, a children and young persons’ ISVA and the ISVA Support Worker.

The ISVA Service Manager will manage the delivery and development of a high quality Independent Sexual Violence Advisor service. The ISVA service is provided as part of the South Yorkshire Sexual Violence Partnership in collaboration with services across South Yorkshire.

We are looking for a manager who is experienced and supportive to work with the ISVA Team and  wider SRASAC Team to drive improvement and development in all of SRASAC’s work.

Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA)

We now have a vacancy for a role of ISVA to support adults through the criminal justice system by providing practical and emotional support for clients on their caseload. This post will work alongside another Adult ISVA and a Children and Young Person’s ISVA, an ISVA Support Worker and the ISVA Service Manager.

The post holder will work to provide a proactive service to survivors of sexual violence, within and outside of the criminal justice system.

Part-time and job share applications will be considered for this post. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed with the successful applicant.
